Opening hours
+++ The Nibelungen Museum takes a break +++
We are temporarily closed.
As has already been announced in recent weeks, the Nibelungen Museum will have to close temporarily on March 31 of this year for structural and technical reasons. In particular, the acute deficiencies in connection with fire protection, which are so complex that they occur again and again and could only be remedied with extensive work, have led to this step. We will inform you here as soon as we know what will happen with the museum.The necessary investigations and planning have not yet been completed. We ask for your understanding.

Media guide tours are available in German, English and French.
Please note:
Unfortunately, at present the City Wall and the Myth Lab are not accessible by elevator.
By means of Mediaguide, visitors with limited mobility can access all contents of the tours at any location of our museum.

In the Nibelungenmuseum you can fill your own water bottle for free with tap water.
